2. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of dried flower creations and to the organization of workshops offered by Eglantine in Flowers via its website. They apply to both private individuals (consumers) and professionals.
3. Order and Confirmation
Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Order confirmation triggers the sending of a confirmation email to the buyer. Eglantine in Flowers reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of product unavailability, pricing error, or suspicion of fraud.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Delivery charges are indicated before order confirmation. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, etc. Payment is required at the time of order.
5. Delivery
Dried flower creations are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days, subject to availability. In case of delay, the customer will be informed by email. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days to withdraw without justification, from the receipt of their order (except for workshops and customized creations). To exercise this right, the customer must notify Eglantine in Flowers by email at eglantineinflowers@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
7. Guarantees
Products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee (2 years) and the hidden defects guarantee (Belgian Civil Code). Workshops are refundable or exchangeable up to 48 hours before the workshop.
8. Cancellation and Refund of Workshops
If the customer cancels less than 48 hours before the workshop, no refund will be issued. Eglantine in Flowers reserves the right to cancel a workshop in case of force majeure or insufficient number of participants. The customer will then be fully refunded.
9. Personal Data Protection
Collected data is necessary for order and workshop management. In accordance with GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. Eglantine in Flowers complies with Belgian and European data protection laws.
10. Disputes and Mediation
In case of dispute, the customer can contact the Belgian mediation service: Consumer Mediation Service – FPS Economy. Belgian courts have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos) is the property of Eglantine in Flowers and protected by copyright.
12. Modification of General Terms and Conditions
Eglantine in Flowers reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via the website.
13. Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions
By validating their order, the customer declares that they have read and unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions.
14. Customized Products
Customized dried flower creations (made to measure, with choice of flowers, colors, specific dimensions, etc.) are made according to the customer's specifications and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged after order confirmation, except in case of non-conformity or hidden defect. The customer is invited to carefully check their order before confirmation. Any error in customization (color, size, etc.) after order confirmation cannot be refunded or exchanged.
